During Your use of the Service, We may collect and process information from You, including but not limited to the below mentioned:

We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Flinket Services or use certain Flinket Services. Wherever Flinket collects Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy. You can choose at any time to opt out by contacting support at support@flinket.com, you can also contact us to opt out of your information being used for purposes other than it was originally collected.

2. By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Flinket and the authorized third parties. The Personal Information that you provide can be accessed at any time through your account or you can contact our customer support at support@flinket.com if you need help accessing your account.

3. In operating the Services, we may use a technology called "cookies." A cookie is a piece of information that the computer that hosts our Services gives to your browser when you access the Services. Our cookies help provide additional functionality to the Services and help us analyze Services usage more accurately. For instance, our Services may set a cookie on your browser that allows you to access the Services without needing to remember and then enter a password more than once during a visit to the Services. In all cases in which we use cookies, we will not collect Personal Data except with your permission. We recommend that you leave cookies turned on because they allow you to take advantage of some of the Service's features.

7. If you decide to purchase any of our premium services, we will process your payment information (valid credit card number, type, expiration date, UPI address or other financial information) and retain this securely for the prevention of fraud and for audit/tax purposes.

2. We may remove parts of data that identifies You and share the remaining data with other parties. We may aggregate certain portions of Your data with the selected portions of data from other users and share it with other parties.

 

Data Retention Periods

 

Flinket collects your personal data for the requirements of carrying out its contractual obligations as well as information about how and when you use our services and we retain this data in active databases, log files or other types of files so long as you use our services. Flinket only stores your data for the time needed to provide to you our services (unless otherwise required by law). Your personal data is stored for as long as you hold an active account with us. All event related data and contact lists are stored for a period that varies depending on the type of data concerned and your plan. By default, this event related data is stored for 3 months on all plans and 12 months for all premium plans.

 

Geolocation Information

 

If you turn these features on, when you use your mobile, we will collect information about WiFi access points as well as other location information about your longitude and latitude and may save your device's coordinates to offer certain features to you. This information helps us identify your physical location and we may use it to personalise the App and make it easier for you to interact with other Users, by enabling the information to be displayed and shared with other members choosing to view “nearby” posts. If you have enabled location services, but wish to turn them off, you can do it anytime.

 

Third-Party Service Integration

1. Our Service allows you to integrate and create commands for various online third-party services ("Third-Party Services"). In order to take advantage of this feature, you may need to authenticate, register for or log into Third-Party Services through the Service or on the websites of their respective providers. When you enable linking between or log in to Third-Party Services through the Service, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Service to access that Third-Party Service and your data and content contained within that Third-Party Service ("Login Credentials"). We store your Login Credentials long enough to enable linking to the Third-Party Service.

We may retain certain personally non-identifiable information related to the data or content linked between Third-Party Services (for example, date sent, link configuration, names of the Third-Party Services), for the purpose of improving our Services and as described below in the "Aggregated Personal Data" section.

 

Third-Party Payment Processor

 

We use a third party payment processor to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third party processor, Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which may be viewed at https://stripe.com/us/privacy.

 

Storing Information

We use commercially reasonable security practices and safeguards to help keep the Personal Information collected through the Service secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify Your identity before granting You access to Your account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of Your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between You and Flinket, at all times. Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes in other social media services You connect to Flinket make to their services. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organization.

 

Device Information

 

We may collect information about your device when you use the Website or App including the unique device identifier, device model, operating system, and MAC address. In addition, if you permit us to do so, the App may access your device's address book solely in order to add someone to your contacts.

 

Business Transfer

 

We may share your Personal Information or any other information collected and stored by the Service with our parent, subsidiaries and affiliates for internal reasons in connection with the provision of the Services to You. We also reserve the right to disclose and transfer all such information:

1. To a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of the Services or applicable database.

We may keep track of how you interact with links available on Flinket including third party services and clients by redirecting clicks or through other means. We may share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on. This Privacy Policy applies only to Flinket Services. The Services may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by Flinket (the "Third-Party Sites"). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third-Party Sites. The links from the Services do not imply that Flinket endorses or has reviewed the Third-Party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies

 

Testimonials

 

Flinket publishes a list of Customers & Testimonials on its site with information on our customers’ names. Flinket undertakes to obtain the authorisation of every customer before publishing any testimonial on its website. If you wish to be removed from this list at any time, you can send us an email to support@flinket.com and we will delete this information promptly. 

 

Email Statistics

 

Without systematically doing so, we may analyse and track the various rates (for example, click, open, bounce rates) and the number of emails sent to assess performance rates on your emailing campaigns.

 

Newsletter and Marketing emails

 

An unsubscribe link should be included in every newsletter and marketing email sent by you through our platform. For those that have expressly opted in to receive our Flinket newsletter, you are easily able to unsubscribe by following the “unsubscribe” links included in every email or by contacting us directly.

 

Security

 

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. Flinket takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Flinket applications are routinely scanned for vulnerabilities and an independent penetration test is conducted annually. All Flinket employees undergo thorough background checks and sign non-disclosure agreements at the time of hiring. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, email sent to or from the Services may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data to Flinket via the Internet. Children

 

Flinket does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data on the Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to Flinket through the Services, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

 

Severability

 

We have taken every effort to ensure that this Policy adheres with the applicable laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of this Policy shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this Policy.

 

Exclusion

 

This Policy shall not be applicable to any information other than the information collected by Us through the Service. This Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information You provide Us either through this Service or through any other means. All unsolicited information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and the Company shall be free to use and/ or disclose such unsolicited information without any limitations.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
